Beatriz Quintanar

Beatriz Quintanar proudly serves as the Principal of Red Oak Elementary, bringing 12 years of experience in education as a teacher, instructional leader, assistant principal, and principal.

Prior to joining the Hawk Family, Mrs. Quintanar served in Grand Prairie ISD, most recently as Assistant Principal at David Daniels Academy of Science and Math. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about strengthening and developing teacher and leader capacity, using data to drive student achievement, and cultivating positive school cultures where both students and staff can thrive.

Mrs. Quintanar earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. She holds multiple certifications, including Principal, Bilingual Education, English as a Second Language, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Sign Language, and Generalist certifications.

Grounded in servant leadership, Mrs. Quintanar is committed to creating an inclusive and joyful learning environment where every student feels seen, heard, valued, and challenged to reach their highest potential. She believes that strong relationships, high expectations, collaboration, and continuous growth are essential to building a school community where excellence is possible for every student.
